Huntington Ave Apt

This is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment! It is right on the first floor (so only one small set of stairs) and is right across the street from the T, a CitGo, plethora of resturants, and the laundry mat. Inside, the kitchen has a microwave, fridge,... oven, and other shared utlities. Lots of cabinet/pantry space as well.

Living room/dining room is furnished and we pay monthly for (student) wifi. Big windows so we get a lot of natural lighting. Bathroom is also fully furnished.

Bedroom that is open is smaller than the other room I'm in, but fits a twin/full bed, desk, wardrobe, etc! Extra storage for this room is right outside in the living room.

We have 2 doors in the unit: front door has 2 locks, and the other door towards the bathroom has a deadbolt lock.

Trash is right outside the building (and water/sewage is part of rent).

Only utility we pay for is the electricity and the wifi.
