Single Room Sublet: 4 Bed 2 Bath Downtown Crossing

We're looking for someone to sublet a room in a 4 bed, 2 bathroom apartment. The current three residents are all cis-females, and female-identifying applicants are preferred (but not required).

Move-in/Move-out Dates: January 1st, 2025 through May...
31st, 2025. (You will likely be able to extend the lease into the summer as well, which would have a move-out date of August 31st, 2025).

Utilities included: Air conditioning, dishwasher, heating, and water (electricity and wifi are not included in rent and average $50/month per resident). There is a laundry room in the basement (the apartment is on the second floor) with 3 washers and 3 dryers for the building costing $2.25 for a wash cycle and $2.75 for drying. There is no elevator access to the laundry room in the basement.

The location is in Downtown Crossing and is only a 7-minute walk to Emerson's campus. The apartment is spacious with very high ceilings, and it incorporates an exposed brick wall in the common space and the sublet bedroom that creates a loft vibe (e.g. New Girl). A lot of natural light comes into the bedrooms from the tall, arched windows. In addition to the personal closets in each bedroom, there is a large communal closet in the living room.

The building has two secure entrances, including one entrance with an elevator and intercom system and one entrance with stairs. The main entrances and individual apartment entrances operate using the Latch app via Bluetooth from your smartphone.
