1 bedroom in 3 bed apartment available!! :)

Hello! My name is Sydnie and my roommate, Bella, and I are looking for a 3rd roommate as we renew our lease together for the second year. Our 3rd roommate is unfortunately relocating for work.

The apartment: located in the heart of Brookline. It is...
a 10 minute walk to Coolidge Theater and a 13 minute walk to Trader Joes’s. It is a 3 bedroom apartment and has 2 bathrooms (yay!). The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. We have a huge living room and big kitchen.

Bedroom: you will be taking over the master bedroom that overlooks a small park outside. It is arguably the best bedroom in the house. Bella and I are not interested in moving all of our stuff once our third roomie moves out, as we have a lot.

Transportation: 7 minute walk to Babcock Street B (green) line stop and a 12 minute walk to the Coolidge Corner C (green) line stop.

Price: $1,533/month which includes heat. Wifi is $17/person per month and electric depends on the season — in the winter it is usually $10/person per month, and in the summer time when the AC is going it is usually $20/person per month.

Lease: June 1, 2026-August 28, 2027. We are looking for someone to sign with us for the full 15 months.

Laundry: located down 2 flights of stairs within the apartment building. It costs $5 per load.

Pets: You must love cats, as I have two very sweet boy cats name Figaro and Buster. They are very friendly and are never mean to people. Buster and Fig have excellent litter box habits and I make sure to clean up after them daily. Unfortunately we have maxed out how many pets we can have in the apartment.

Us: I am 26 and work full time in higher education. Bella is 23 and is an engineer. Bella and I are good friends and love to hang out with each other. Our favorite activity is going to play trivia at a nearby bar on Tuesday nights!

You: a girl around our same age who loves cats and is ideally looking to be friends with us. We have a great vibe and routine in the house when it comes to cleanliness and communication and we’d love to keep that going. Please dm me if you’d like to come over and tour. If you’re not in Boston, I’m happy to have a facetime call.
