145 Endicott Street, Apartment A: Two bedroom apartment in old townhouse located in the North End.

145 Endicott, Apartment A is a cute, two bedroom apartment in a renovated townhouse. Located right on the edge of the North End, you'll be able to experience all the perks of the best area in Boston. Great nightlife and culture, famous eateries,... bakeries and cafes, great walkability, easy access to PT and so much more! In the apartment there are two separate rooms, and a shared living space that is comprised of the kitchen and lounge. Iv'e lived here for the past year so its all fully furnished. The kitchen comes with a working oven, stove, dishwasher and fridge + freezer. There is one shared bathroom with a shower/tub located off the entry hallway. The living space has big windows for natural light as does the bedroom for rent. This past year we didn't have to pay for gas/heating, but the electricity bill was about 50 bucks a month, and the wifi is also our responsibility. The building has washer and dryers but I found it much easier, cheaper, and more reliable to use one of the many laundromats within a block or two of the unit. The super intendant was fast responding and reliable in the few instances we needed maintenance done, and all the neighbors are delightful :) If you have any other questions about the unit that I may have missed, shoot me a message and i'd be happy to answer them!
