We are looking for a third roommate for our 3bed 2bath apartment on the top floor of a 12 unit building on a quiet residential street in Porter Sq, Cambridge. The room is available June 1, 2025 with some flexibility for move-in, and the lease term... ends on May 31, 2026 with the option to renew for a full 12-month lease at that time. Rent includes gas and water. The apartment has a large living and dining room. Rent includes a free parking space. Apartment has central AC and heat, and laundry in-building. It's an 8 minute walk to Porter Square T, Star Market, CVS, and Target. 15 min walk to Davis Square. Your roommates will be Advait (26yo, he/him, MIT PhD student) and Linrui (29yo, she/her, works in biotech). We are friendly, clean, and love to cook! The building is managed by a property management company and they are very responsive to maintenance requests. The unit was recently renovated so the kitchen appliances are <3 years old. We have some furniture available from the previous tenant but you can choose which ones to keep and we'll remove the rest.
