Fields Corner Apartment

- You would be subletting my room on the 3rd floor from Jan-May, through the end of the lease.

- Your portion of the rent is $795 and utilities are electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi (usually total $50-75/month).

-The apartment is a 4-bedroom 1 bath,... just 5 minutes away from the Fields Corner T Stop. Your roommates would be 3 other Black femmes for the summer, with the possibility to renew in the Fall taking one of the other roommates' rooms.

-We have a dishwasher in the unit and recently got a motion sensor installed in the building. Laundry is in the basement and app-operated.

-Wonderful community within the building and looking for a reliable and easy-going roommate.
