Fields Corner Apartment

- You would be subletting my room on the 3rd floor from June-Aug, and I would be moving back in September during college move-in.

- Your portion of the rent is $770 and utilities are electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi (usually total $50-75/month).

-The... apartment is a 4-bedroom 1 bath, just 5 minutes away from the Fields Corner T Stop. Your roommates would be 3 other Black femmes for the summer, with the possibility to renew in the Fall taking one of the other roommates' rooms.

-We have a dishwasher in the unit and recently got a motion sensor installed in the building. Laundry is in the basement and app-operated.

-Wonderful community within the building and looking for a reliable and easy-going roommate.

-PLEASE NO PETS, we already have 2 cats so we're at capacity.
