Hey y’all! I’m Alyssa, a 2nd year MFA student in Applied Theatre/ Theatre Ed. My room in a beautiful Jamaica Plain apartment is available immediately for the months of JULY and AUGUST!!!

One furnished bedroom for only $1000/month (discounted rate! I... actually pay 1300 in rent plus 200+ utilities, and I’ll cover the balance this summer) in a 3BR/1 Bath apartment. Lovely living room, separate dining room, in-unit washer + dryer, dishwasher, furnished side yard with fire pit + free street parking.

Fabulous queer leftist roomies, looking for someone who is kind, relatively clean, and respectful of the space. Location is halfway between Jamaica Pond and City Feed on Centre Street (many cute shops + great restaurants!). Quick walk to the 39 bus; 15 or so minute walk to the Orange MBTA Line (Green St).

Some of my clothes are still in the dresser and closet (I’m back for school at the end of the summer), but there are plenty of hangers available and room in the closet; happy to talk through options as needed.
