Unique apartment that feels like a NY loft! Fully furnished bedrooms and shared space. New sleek kitchen with European sink and faucet and stone countertops. High-end designer lighting. Every surface in great condition. The furniture is done in white... , pretty IKEA pieces.
The building is 26 units, almost all female occupants, it is safe, quiet and clean. It is a mix of international and US students, about 30% undergrad and the balance grad and young professionals. There is a live-in superintendent who helps with building-related issues quickly.
The apartment is 300 feet away from T-stop and bus stop, a 3 minute walk to 50 restaurants, shopping and a huge grocery store, and a 5 minute walk to BU's Agganis Center.
Well-lighted exterior. There is a bright, immaculate, six-machine laundry in the building. Every floor of the building has a closet for tenant’s trash and they are emptied every day. Twice a week the entire building is vacuumed, the front entrance windows are washed, and the laundry room is thoroughly cleaned. All of the public space surrounding the building is cleaned morning and night. The building is well-secured, and a superintendent lives in the building. Building-related issues are addressed quickly.
