Private room in apartment close to Orange line

Looking for someone to officially take over my lease through August 1st 2025 for one bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Jamaica Plain. It is a short 7 minute walk from the orange line, in a lovely neighborhood, very close to the Harvard... arboretum! (MUST BE CAT FRIENDLY)

The two other bedrooms are occupied by two female students in their mid 20's who hope to find someone trustworthy and generally clean to finish out the lease until August of 2025. While it is listed as available on February 1st, you can move in anytime after January 10th! The ideal candidate would be a female student or young working professional in their 20's who is okay with living with one cat.

The apartment is on the top floor of a classic triple-decker, with amenities such as an in-unit washer and dryer as well as a dish washing machine. Utilities are not included but usually do not exceed around $100 a month for 3 people. There is a very large living room area as well as a balcony. You will be sharing a large bathroom with one roommate.
