Room for Rent in Brookline Apartment

Now that I've graduated from Emerson, I'm looking for someone to take my place in the lease for our wonderful Washington Square apartment in Brookline! The lease starts September 1st and my two roommates are looking for a roommate to join. Female... preferred.

About the Apartment:

* 3 spacious bedrooms / 2 bathrooms (room available shares a bathroom with one other female roommate)
* Furnished living room and kitchen (available bedroom comes furnished with nightstand, wardrobe, and bed)

* Short walk to bars, restaurants, and local spots in Brookline
* Close to Star Market, Trader Joe’s, and Whole Foods


About the Roommates:

James works as a high school teacher in Dorchester. Julia works in higher ed. They both work fully in-person and are clean and respectful - into exploring the city, trying new restaurants, and like hanging out with friends. They'd love to live with someone who’s clean and easygoing!
