Very well maintained building that is clean, quiet, and safe. Four different tenants in the building (total of 26 apartments) are in search of a new roommate due to their existing roommate graduating.

The building is NOT a party building...unlike most buildings around BU, NU and Emerson! It is quiet, safe and clean. Almost all female occupants, so very safe and familiar vibe in the building. 50% international students, 30% undergrad and the balance of tenants are grad/PhD or newly professional.

FABULOUS neighborhood with everything within a quick walk. Green Line B train 300 feet from front door and MBTA bus routes #57 and #66 nearby! Minutes from stores, restaurants, food shopping and music venues. 10 minute walk to Boston University west campus. Safe neighborhood and well illuminated.

There is a bright, immaculate, six-machine laundry in the basement of the building. Every floor of the building has a closet for tenant’s trash. The trash closets are emptied daily. Twice a week the entire building is vacuumed, the front entrance windows are washed, and the laundry room is thoroughly cleaned. All of the public space surrounding the building is cleaned morning and night. The building is well-secured, and a superintendent lives in the building. Building-related issues are addressed quickly.
