Subletting for Summer 2025!

Hi!
I am looking to sublet my bedroom in this unit. Rent is $1975 but definitely negotiable, so reach out.
This apartment is on the 1st floor of the building and right by the Symphony stop of the Green Line and a short walk from the Hynes Convention...
Center stop of the Green line and the Mass Ave stop of the orange line, as well as the 1 bus.
It is a 2-bedroom unit with in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, and heat + water are included in rent. The apartment will be furnished, but you will pay for wifi and electricity.
It is right by a Whole Foods and Cafe Nerro, as well as Berklee and Northeastern.
No smoking inside or large parties. We will ideally like female or nonbinary people to sublet my bedroom -- students or young professionals preferably. Please reach out if you're interested or have any questions!
