Walter Terrace Apartment

1 bedroom available in a furnished 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with parking and yard in Somerville. We have access to a little dedicated front porch area as well as the entire back yard, which we can grill in, host guests. The laundry is located... in the basement. The basement can also be used as storage space.

The living room and the kitchen space is huge.

Street parking is available and the apartment is on a dead-end street, so it is always very quiet.

Internet, electricity, wifi, and gas are not included. Utilities average <$100 each month per person. We do not pay for water and trash. We also pay oil around 3-4 times a year for heat, which ends up being around 200 per person per payment.

There is a Stop and Shop nearby (<15 mins walk). No pets are allowed.

This place is a ten minute walk from the Gilman Sqaure T Stop.

Looking for someone to move in by September 1st, but our current roommate could move out a little sooner if given adequate notice.

The two roommates, Mary and Jordan, are both Emerson MFA Creative Writing graduates and currently work as adjunct writing professors at multiple schools. We are fun, love to eat dinner together and watch shows, and care about keeping a clean house.
